You see us at the grocery store, dropping off the kids, working our 9-5, or at the local watering hole. While we may look normal on the outside, something happens on the inside when we walk through the gym doors. The demons that live deep down come to life and take over our very existence. For just a few hours we become our anger and fears, hopes and dreams, regrets and resentments. Our eyes are glazed over with focus. Our body is drenched in sweat. Our muscles are weak and exhausted. Our blood vessels could burst through our skin at any moment. Our breath is heavy as we push through every single movement. We never truly finish because there is always room for improvement. As we return to our normal selves, we tuck away our demons until it's time to train again.
